Hey!! My name is Brandon McKinney, and I am currently graduating from James Madison University with a B.A. in Musical Theatre! Getting to this point was quite the journey if you asked me. I grew up in a house with 5 boys, I was the middle child. They all grew up playing baseball and basketball but of course I had to be different from them!

So at 8 years old, I gave up on my dream of being a pro athlete and did my first show, Annie. Thus began my new goal in life, being a successful theatre actor. The professional athlete thing wouldn’t have worked in my favor anyway, I have video proof of why…

When it comes to theatre I love making art that brings endless joy to people or challenges them to think in ways they normally don’t. Whether that be Disney shows, fun tap numbers, or being in a production of Natasha Pierre and the Great Comet of 1812, I love it.

I am excited to continue to grow as a human and artist, while making connections with you all! I can’t wait to meet you!
